Nathaniel Church-1150

Occupation: Shipbuilder

Administration on his estate was given to his eldest son, Nathaniel Church, Jr., he to pay to his brothers and sisters: Caleb; the heirs of Joseph deceased; Abigail, wife of William Turner; Judith Clift, widow; Deborah, wife of Ebenezer Fish; and Mary, wife of Charles Samson, their shares; this order was dated, Mar. 25, 1756. (Plym. Pro. Records; Case 3973).


Elizabeth Ward-1161

Elizabeth Ward, aged 38, came to New England in the ship, Increase, of London, (Robert Lea, master), in 1635. She came with the family of Thomas Jestlin (Josselyn). See Barry's History of Hanover, page 336.

Christianna Curtis-1248

Christianna was a teacher.

She then married (1st) PELEG FARNSWORTH, 7 September 1863 in Milbridge, son of DANIEL and REBECCA (Noyes) FARNSWORTH. He was born 22 July 1836, in Milbridge, ME and died 28 October 1872.

She married (2nd) WILLIAM GODFREY JR, 2 October 1880 in Milbridge, son of WILLIAM and DOLLY (Wallace) GODFREY. He was b. 8 March 1830, at Milbridge; d. 5 April 1909at Milbridge.


Mary W. Curtis-1259

Married at Harrington on 15 September 1860 to ALEXANDER PREBLE STROUT, son of Benjamin and Betsey Grace (Preble) Strout. He was born at Harrington, 23 August 1837; d. 8 January 1914. He married (2nd) IDA WALLS.
