John Curtis-1124

Selectman. Lived in the house later occupied by son William and grandson George W. on Main Street.


John Bryant Curtis-1737

Served on Committee for Safety, Town of Hanover, MA, 1775 and 1779. Resided on Main Street, just south of the house in which Joseph Dwelley resided. Also served as Selectman.

Curtis, John. List of men raised to serve as guards at North river, agreeable to resolve of April 18, 1778; reported paid $100.

William Curtis-1639

Drowned at Columbia Falls, Maine, at age 27, unmarried.


Nathaniel Curtis-1640

Probably at Sedgwick, Maine in 1810; and at Jackson, Maine in 1820. May have married and had children.


Joseph Curtis-1975

He lived near Third Herring brook, South Scituate, Mass.
